How we build
Three rules we don’t break.
They are the reason regulated clients let our assistants near their customers, and they are why we sometimes say an assistant is the wrong tool for the job.
It answers from your recordsNot from the open internet, and not from what it half-remembers. The assistant is given your data — your orders, your catalogue, your matters, your FAQ — and answers from that. If the answer is not there, it says so and hands over to a person rather than guessing.
It only sees what the user may seePermissions are enforced before the model is asked, not after it has answered. An assistant cannot reveal a record the person in front of it could not already open themselves, because it is never shown one.
It stays in the United KingdomUK hosting, a UK company and UK invoicing, with the data-processing terms your compliance officer will ask for before they sign anything.
And what we won’t do
The honest part.
We won’t pretend it’s always the answer
Some problems are a form, a phone number or a better FAQ page. If that is what yours is, we will say so — it is cheaper for you and better for us than a disappointed client.
We won’t let it improvise
An assistant that invents a price, a deadline or a legal authority is worse than no assistant at all. Ours are built to refuse rather than to fill the gap.
Put it to the test.
Tell us the questions you are tired of answering, and we will tell you what an assistant would and would not be able to do with them.
